Our commitment
We will under normal circumstances fulfill all orders within 4 working days of receiving an order.
All goods sent will be as described. In some cases images shown may not be of the actual product. All items on ULTRALEDS website are for the use with LED products ONLY and not designed to be used for other purposes.
Contract
When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract
Confirmation of order
Your order will be confirmed by email normally within 24 hours, but not longer than 72 hours, of receipt of your order over the internet. Credit/Debit card are debited by the person placing the order at the time they place the order, NOT when the goods are sent.
Returns
Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. Any returns will be refunded to you within 30 days.
Warranty LED light bulbs and lighting products are classed as ‘consumable’ items which mean there is not a requirement to supply a warranty. We do however; supply all of our products with 90 days warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated). All other claims outside this period are at our discretion.
Order Cancellation following delivery
If you wish to cancel an order for any item you are very welcome to return them to us within 7 working days from the day after the day that you receive the goods. Items will only be accepted if they are a) unused and b) in the same good condition that they were delivered in. You will be liable for the return costs of delivery and a full refund for the goods only will be made to you within 30 days of cancellation.
All goods 12v goods can only be returned if purcahsed with suitable transformers from Ultraleds at the time (other transformers may damage the goods)
P & P will not be refunded if you choose to return the items which are not faulty or incorrect or do not allow us to replace faulty goods (for items after 7 days have elpased) .
*This complies with the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000..
Complaints Procedure
Any complaints should be addressed in writing to:

All complaints will be answered within 60 days
Delivery
We Aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we are processing your order and another once the goods have been despatched.
If we are out of stock we will contact you within 4 working days to give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of the order. In most cases, standard orders (1st class post) will be sent within 4 working days of the order being received.
Any customers who have paid for 'next day' or 'courier next day' will be contacted by phone/email the same working day if we are unable to fulfill the order in any way. In these circumstances, we will send the goods by your chosen method as soon as they come back into stock - as long as you agree to this.
Orders sent by "next day delivery" or "courier delivery" will be sent by the sevice paid for although ULTRALEDS do not guarrantee delivery as delivery is outside of our control. Ultraleds will only refund postage if we fail to send the goods by the service paid for.
What happens if items go missing in the post?*
If Items go missing in the post, Royal Mail terms and conditions state " No claims can be made until 15 working days has passed from the date of posting" after the 15 days has elapsed we will send another order and make a claim at the post office - the second order will be marked "2nd Order" just in case the first one turns up
*unfortunately, we are unable to send out duplicate orders if the incorrect address was supplied by the customer. Royal mail will not allow any claims due to a customers mistake.
Faulty /missing /incorrect goods

Force Majeure No liability will be accepted by Ultraleds LTD for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
Payment & Receipts
Payment is made via credit or debit cards, subject to authority from the card issuer. We accept Visa and Mastercard but NOT PAYPAL
We will charge your account as soon as the order is placed and an invoice will be sent with your order.
Free shipping offers
Ultraleds reserves the right to charge shipping on any returned or unwanted items. Shipping will be charged at the postal rate applied when despatched.
Returns of faulty items are excluded from the above term.

Vat is added to all UK and EU Orders @ 17.5% Vat Number is 829 4626 00 GB

Ultraleds LTD also reserves the right to withdraw its service at any time, to refuse the service to any customer and to amend these Terms & Conditions, all at any time without notice.

These conditions shall be construed according to and governed by UK Laws.
None of our Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
