Postage service rates are now weight dependant and include credit/debit card transaction fees:
Standard delivery usually leaves our warehouse within 4 working days and Royal mail will then deliver a few days later.

- Up to 500g £3.51 First class post
- Up to 750g £4.00 First class post
- Up to 1 Kilo £4.54 First class post
- Up to 2 kilos £7.95 First class post

The final postage figure will be shown in the checkout before card details are taken. Customers can 'upgrade' to next day delivery at the checkout and the price is displayed. For full prices see the 'NEXT DAY DELIVERY section under INFORMATION.
Shipping International:
All International Orders will be sent fully insured - fast shipping by either Royal Mail International or courier. Ultraleds ships to most countries but reserve the right to cancel if we are not able to ship to your country. Any cancelled orders will be refunded (although any currency variations are beyond our control)

Delivery Process
We Aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order is pending and another once the goods have been despatched.
If we are out of stock we will contact you within 4 working days to give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of the order.
Any customers who have paid for 'next day' or 'courier next day' will be contacted by phone/email the same working day if we are unable to fulfill the order in any way. In these circumstances, we will send the goods by your chosen method as soon as they come back into stock - as long as you agree to this.
What happens if items go missing in the post? (UK only)
If Items go missing in the post, Royal Mail terms and conditions state "No claims can be made until 15 working days has passed from the date of posting" after the 15 days has elapsed (UK only) we will put a claim in with Royal Mail (this takes Royal Mail up to 30 days to investigate) Any customer that provides incorrect address details will have to reply on Royal Mail returning the items to us as they do not allow us to make a claim if the customer has supplied the wrong or incorrect address details.
International Orders
Same process as for UK orders. It is 30days before we can put a claim in. We will not send orders to non-fixed addresses ie ships.
Faulty /missing /incorrect goods

Force Majeure No liability will be accepted by Ultraleds LTD for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
