LEDs last forever don’t they?
LEDs can last for a long while, but they are more susceptible to damage from voltage fluctuations than ordinary bulbs which can lead to early failures. like aa bulbs- they are consumable and wont last for ever

why don't you quote the number of hours the LEDs will last?
We offer a warranty on our products, but do not promote ficticious figures - most of our competitors offer little or no warranty
Cool white look blue/white and warm white look yellow/orange white. If you are unsure order one of each to test

We didnt. If you placed the order yourself, you chose to debit your card. we always advise of delayed items within a few days and give you the option of cancelling. If however, you cancel, you will need to re order yourself once the goods are back in stock.
Why is it that VAT appears to be missing when I order goods?
If you browse the website without logging into your account all prices include VAT. If however, you log into your account VAT is removed until you reach the checkout. The full price is displayed before you pay for the goods.
Why are you asking me to give you more details about the card im trying to use on the site ?
We are not asking you for this information its your own bank.

Our postage fees include transaction charges and European orders are sent fully insured. We dont make money from the postage charges- it is calculated on the weight of the items purchased. Also, there are many hidden costs such franking machine, labels, packaging, debit and credit card fees.
