Terms and Conditions

1. This competition (“Competition”) is organised by UltraLEDs.co.uk (“Promoter”) whose registered office is at Ultra Leds Ltd, 2 Store Street, Bolington, Macclesfield, SK10 5PN (please do not send entries to this address). The Competition is governed by the laws of England. Your submission of an entry form will be deemed to be acceptance of these rules which govern the Competition.
2. The Competition is only open using the Competition entry form on the Promoter’s website, www.ultraleds.co.uk, to people aged 18 or over who are resident in the UK.
3. The Competition is not open to employees or contractors of the Promoter, or any other person involved directly or indirectly with the organisation of this Competition, their family members or any member of their households.
4. All requested details must be entered on the competition registration form to enter the competition. The Promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries.
5. The Promoter will deal with your details in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy on the UltraLEDs.co.uk website.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all orders which were marked from "More of Improve". The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The competition will close on 31st Januarry 2008. The Promoter will not accept any further entries to the Competition beyond this date.
7. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter may substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
8. The Promoter may use any winner’s name, image and Competition entry to announce the winner of this Competition and for any related promotional purposes.
9. Winners of the Competition will be announced on the Promoter’s website at www.ultraleds.co.uk and notified by e-mail on 5th Febuary 2008. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize by replying to the email within 7 days of this date. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days, they will automatically forego their right to claim the prize and another winner will be chosen.
10. The name of the winners and the winning entries will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the Promoter’s registered office as detailed below, requesting details of the winning entry.
11.
