Returns/problems with orders:

Please do not return any items to Ultraleds without first contacting us by email only (our telephone sales team will not be able to help)

We will supply you with a returns number to to make sure your return is processed as soon as possible. Please quote your invoice number and the reason for return.

Terms

No returned goods will be accepted unless authorised by us and the package is marked clearly with the issued returns number.
We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund or credit note due to you as promptly as possible (within 30 days).
If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, individuals have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days following of receipt and return the items for a refund* (This excludes bespoke orders e.g LED tape light which is cut from a roll and supplied to order).

Requests for refunds after 7 working days have elapsed are at ULTRALEDS descretion.

*excluding trade/business transactions

 If incorrect or faulty goods are supplied, we will of course replace or refund these, as appropriate, as quickly as possible. Please advise us of any problems within 7 days of delivery of your order.
If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns instructions.

Please not we cannot rectify shortages if we have not been informed within 7 working days 

If you are uncertain as to whether or not you are ordering the correct item, please do not order large quantities. If in doubt, either contact us for advice or order a single item to ensure that it is correct before ordering large quantities.

We are not able to accept returns for 12v products unless suitable transformers are purchased from Ultraleds at the time of the sale (non suitable transformers can damage the goods) 

Due to the colour batches of LEDS, we are unable to accept unwanted items after 7 days- so please make sure to send them back promptly.

Refunds to postage will only apply to standard postage. we will not refund any postage if the customer has upgraded to a more expensive service.
