What Makes Our Tape Premium?
Our premium tapes are printed on a thicker 2 oz. PCB to help with heat dissipation and have a high quality chip producing lower light degradation. These tapes come with a strong 300 LSE 3M tape backing and have cables pre-soldered at both ends of the reel. All premium non-waterproof tapes are sold with an unprecedented five year warranty.
Premium tapes are better for long term installations and demanding commercial environments where colour rendering and long lasting brightness is essential. Standard tapes provide a great amount of performance for less cost.
How Do I Connect?
LED strip lights are supplied with 15cm of live wires pre-soldered on one end. If you are using one of our Standard Range Drivers you can order 1 x U2.1FEM to connect with. If you are using one of our Premium Range Drivers you can wire in directly via terminals located on the unit. (With exception to our waterproof premium drivers, which are fully sealed).
How Do I Extend?
You can use our Axis Range of Connectors for our 8mm width tapes here.

What Driver do I need?
To work out what driver you will need for each length of LED you can simply multiply the wattage of the tape by the length of LED strip you will be using, this will give you the total wattage the LED strip requires, then simply choose a driver which is at least 10% above this figure.
Which controller can I use? (optional)
For single colour tape you can use our Standard Range of controllers or the Elencho Wireless Control System.
