Next Day Delivery (delivered by end of day) – £6 + VAT – Express delivery to arrive the next working day (with the specified restrictions) on UK mainland (excludes Highlands of Scotland - 2 day delivery)
Pre 10am Next Day Delivery – £16.67 + VAT – to arrive next working day before 10am (Restrictions on Highlands of Scotland - Please call for information)
Saturday Delivery – £20 + VAT – All Day Saturday service (for orders placed on Friday)
Free Shipping (for orders over £75)* – Standard slower shipping for customers not in a hurry for their goods
Next Day Delivery Cut Off Point is 3.00pm Mondays to Fridays. Urgent orders after that time please call for availability.

We aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order is pending and another once the goods have been despatched.
If we are out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days to give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of the order (unless we are expecting stock within a reasonable timeframe)
Any customers who have paid for 'next day' or 'courier next day' will be contacted by phone/email the same working day if we are unable to fulfill the order in any way. In these circumstances, we will send the goods by your chosen method as soon as they come back into stock - as long as you agree to this.
Please note that signed for items cannot be left with a neighbour unless we have written instructions to do so
What happens if items go missing in the post? (UK only)
If you suspect your item has gone missing in the post please allow 15 working days to pass from the date of posting, we will put a claim in with Royal Mail to investigate and issue you a replacement in the meantime. Please Note: we cannot send orders to non-fixed addresses i.e ships.

Force Majeure - No liability will be accepted by Ultraleds LTD for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
