These endcaps ensure your Aluminium Profile is sealed on both ends. One side is blank and the other has a hole to allow a passage for wiring.

Shipping Methods

Small Parcel Standard Shipping – £2 + VAT – For goods totalling under 150 grams in weight. Standard shipping via Royal Mail or Interlink Economy, estimated between 3 to 5 days

Large Parcel Standard Shipping – £4 + VAT – For goods totalling over 151 grams in weight.  Standard shipping via Royal Mail or Interlink Economy, estimated between 3 to 5 days

Next Day Delivery (delivered by end of day) – £6 + VAT – Express delivery to arrive the next working day (with the specified restrictions) on UK mainland (excludes Highlands of Scotland - 2 day delivery) 

Pre 10am Next Day Delivery – £16.67 + VAT – to arrive next working day before 10am (Restrictions on Highlands of Scotland - Please call for information)

Saturday Delivery – £20 + VAT – All Day Saturday service (for orders placed on Friday)

Free Shipping (for orders over £75)* – Standard slower shipping for customers not in a hurry for their goods

Next Day Delivery Cut Off Point is 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays. Urgent orders after that time please call for availability.

*Excluding any of our Aluminium Channel range as these are supplied in 2 & 3 Metre lengths which need to be sent via FedEx.

Delivery Process

We aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order is pending and another once the goods have been despatched.

If we are out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days to give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of the order (unless we are expecting stock within a reasonable timeframe)

Any customers who have paid for 'next day' or 'courier next day' will be contacted by phone/email the same working day if we are unable to fulfill the order in any way. In these circumstances, we will send the goods by your chosen method as soon as they come back into stock - as long as you agree to this.

Please note that signed for items cannot be left with a neighbour unless we have written instructions to do so

What happens if items go missing in the post? (UK only)

If you suspect your item has gone missing in the post please allow 15 working days to pass from the date of posting, we will put a claim in with Royal Mail to investigate and issue you a replacement in the meantime. Please Note: we cannot send orders to non-fixed addresses i.e ships.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel an order (for any reason) from the time of order up to 14 days from receiving the goods (14 days from receipt of the last package if the goods are sent in more than one delivery). To cancel call us on 0800 088 3300 or email us on returns@ultraleds.co.uk. Please note that items must be unaltered, undamaged (by you) and returned complete with all original packaging, instruction manuals and similar, so please hold on to these. If you are returning goods (whether for cancellation or they are faulty) please do so in the original packaging and include all instruction manuals and similar. For "no fault" cancellations as a consumer you must bear the cost. For returns where there is a fault you pay the postage / courier up front and we will reimburse it when we receive them back and confirm that they are indeed faulty. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notification of return or cancellation. 

Refunds will be made to the same account / card that payment was made from. However if you have used or damaged goods or returned them without the original contents or unnecessarily damaged packaging we may adjust the amount of refund given (or in extreme cases give no refund at all) to take into account the knock on effect on what we can sell them for.

International Shipping:

All orders will be sent by a trackable method with FedEx.

Force Majeure - No liability will be accepted by Ultraleds LTD for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
