The 16x17 Vertical Bend LED Neon Flex is a high-performance lighting solution engineered for demanding exterior applications where vertical flexibility is essential. Ideal for architectural façades, marine environments, and high-brightness environments exposed to direct sunlight, it delivers consistent illumination with robust mechanical protection.
Designed with advanced 8oz copper belt and integrated FPCB, the system enhances current-carrying capacity, reduces voltage drop, and protects the LED structure during installation. Reinforcement components around the SMD LEDs minimise damage caused by mechanical force or incorrect bending.
Encapsulated in UV-resistant silicone, this light benefits from anti-static and self-cleaning technology to resist dirt accumulation, scratches, and surface wear—prolonging its appearance and functionality in harsh weather conditions. Operating between -40°C and +55°C, it is resistant to UV, solvents, salt water, and flame, ensuring long-lasting outdoor performance.
Supplied by the metre with 55.6mm cut points and a vertical bending configuration, it also includes a durable IP68 silicone injection-moulded connector for high-grade sealing and reliability in outdoor installations.
