The Mean Well KNX series is a reliable range of DIN-rail power supplies, designed specifically for powering KNX building automation and control systems in residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Available in 640mA and 1280mA options, the range provides stable 30V power for KNX devices used across lighting control, HVAC, blinds, security, monitoring and energy management systems.

Featuring an integrated KNX bus choke, each power supply provides a dedicated 30V KNX bus output alongside an additional 30V output for ancillary power, offering flexibility across a wide range of installations. The KNX-20E-640 delivers 640mA / 19.2W, making it ideal for smaller KNX installations, while the KNX-40E-1280 provides 1280mA / 38.4W for larger, more demanding systems with greater power requirements. This allows customers to select the appropriate power supply based on the size and requirements of their KNX installation.

Designed for professional installations, the KNX series combines 86% typical efficiency with fanless convection cooling, LED status indicators and built-in short-circuit, overload and over-voltage protection. With a wide 180–264V AC input range, an operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C and an IP20-rated design, these compact DIN-rail power supplies offer dependable performance for KNX building automation systems.
