The 16x17 Vertical Bend LED Neon Flex is a high-performance lighting solution developed for demanding indoor and outdoor environments with high humidity and elevated temperatures, including sauna and steam rooms. Designed to withstand heat up to 95°C and protect against overheating to 115°C, this 6W/m LED flex delivers long-lasting illumination while maintaining structural integrity.
Equipped with advanced 8oz copper belt technology and an integrated FPCB, this flex improves current flow and reduces voltage drop. The reinforced construction minimises stress and distortion caused by bending, enhancing durability in challenging installations. Its vertical bend design allows seamless integration into compact spaces while providing consistent, even lighting.
Encased in high-grade UV-resistant silicone, the light body resists dust, dirt, and static build-up, promoting a self-cleaning surface that maintains brightness and colour fidelity over time. Withstanding extreme environments, the product operates between -40°C to +95°C and is protected against solvents, salt water, and flame.
Supplied by the metre with 55.6mm cut points, this solution is tailored for flexible installations. Cable direction and length can be specified to suit bespoke requirements. The IP67-rated silicone injection-moulded connector offers secure, weatherproof protection in outdoor use.
