How to Use
1. Measure & Cut
Measure the required length for your project. With cut anywhere technology, you can cut the neon flex precisely to fit your dimensions. Use plastic pipe shears for a clean, square cut and seal the end with our supplied end caps and adhesive glue
2. Mount & Secure
Mount the neon flex using mounting clips or mounting tracks. For a seamless look, it can be recessed into surfaces. If recessing isn’t an option, use straight track, flexible track, or clips. Avoid bending the neon flex around corners tighter than its bend radius to prevent damage.
(Note: Adhesive is not recommended due to the low surface energy of silicone.)
3. Connect
The neon flex comes with pre-soldered tails for easy connection to a 24V power supply. Ensure the connections are secure and correctly polarised. Our range of Wago connectors are an ideal accessory.
4. Test & Adjust
Power on the neon flex before finalising the installation to confirm even illumination and correct alignment. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal positioning.
5. Secure Cables & Finish
Once satisfied with the setup, neatly secure any loose cables to prevent strain and maintain a professional finish.
