Introduction:

This Neon End Cap Kit is designed as a spare accessory for the Joinery LED Neon Flex – Angled Beam, ideal for on-site customisation and additional power feeds. The kit includes silicone end caps and power cables with pre-attached rigid conductive plates, allowing on-site custom length adjustments.

The transparent silicone end caps allow light to pass through at the end of the strip, maintaining a clean, consistent illuminated finish.

Kit contents:

4 x extra 500m Syndeo Cable (2 cables left and 2 cables right side)

4 pairs of End Caps (left and right side)

10ml Silicone Glue

Installation:

Make sure the products are clean, dry, and free of any loose material. Cut to the required length, then insert the rigid conductive plate (with pre-attached cable) into the gap between the PCB and silicone housing, ensuring correct polarity. Apply silicone adhesive to the inner face of the end cap before securing it onto the Neon Flex.

Leave in a well-ventilated location where the products can remain motionless.  Allow 2-3 hours before handling and 24 hours for the adhesive to completely cure. Must not be exposed to moisture until the adhesive has completely dried.
