Information:

Featuring a 4 channel constant voltage output, this DMX512 & RDM Decoder is designed for controlling RGBW LED strip lighting. It supports DMX512 protocols and includes RDM functionality, allowing communication between the DMX master and decoder for easier system configuration.

A digital numeric display allows quick and simple setup of the DMX start address using the integrated buttons. The decoder offers selectable 1, 2 or 4 channel output modes, along with adjustable dimming resolution options of 8-bit (256 levels) or 16-bit (65536 levels) for smooth dimming control.

PWM frequency can be selected from a wide range of options including 250Hz up to 32000Hz, making this unit suitable for camera-sensitive installations. Users can also choose between logarithmic or linear dimming curves depending on the application requirements. In addition, the decoder features stand-alone RGB/RGBW mode and 4 channel dimmer mode with built-in programmes, allowing operation without a DMX signal if required.

Manufactured from high quality components, this unit includes built-in over-heat and short circuit protection with automatic recovery. Supplied with a 5 year warranty as standard.

Installation:

This product is rated IP20 and is suitable for indoor installation only. We recommend mounting the decoder securely using the built-in mounting points and installing it in a clean, dry and well ventilated area to reduce the risk of overheating and to maximise product lifespan.
