Urban Outfitters' London flagship store required a lighting fit-out, including a suspended tube lighting feature installed in the centre of the retail space.
The centrepiece of the store is a decorative arrangement of suspended LED tubes, creating a feature above the shop floor that becomes part of the overall store design.
Ultra LEDs supplied NTUBE by Tagra in 3000K, providing a 360° LED tube lighting solution complete with the mounting kit required for the suspended installation.
The lighting installation uses individual NTUBEs suspended at different lengths to create a bespoke overhead feature.
Unlike conventional linear lighting, NTUBE provides 360° illumination, allowing the tubes to emit light in every direction. This gives each suspended tube a consistent illuminated appearance while creating a striking feature visible throughout the store.
Available in multiple lengths, the tubes could be arranged to suit the design of the installation while maintaining a clean, uniform finish.
NTUBE by Tagra is designed for decorative architectural lighting where the fitting itself becomes part of the design.
With its cylindrical profile, 360° light output and suspended mounting system, it is suited to feature lighting installations across retail, hospitality and commercial environments. For the Urban Outfitters project, the tubes were supplied in 3000K to provide a warm, welcoming appearance throughout the suspended display.
The completed installation places the suspended tube feature at the heart of the store, creating a focal point that is visible from across the retail floor.
