Ultra LEDs supplied horizontal bend Neon Flex and a complete Syndeo Plug and Play lighting system to Stranders Electrical, who delivered the lighting installation across 211 guest rooms and the main lobby of the Marriott Hotel.
The project required discreet, uniform lighting and a repeatable room-by-room installation approach to meet the demands of a high-occupancy hospitality environment.
Each room received a pre-cut Syndeo kit matched to its layout, enabling fast installation and reliable system control.
The guest room installation used Syndeo 12V 9.6W LED tape with 120 LEDs per metre, supplied in one metre pre-cut lengths. The light output was selected to deliver comfort and consistency throughout each space.
Multi-port 12V Syndeo drivers supported multiple runs per unit, helping to minimise hardware requirements and streamline the wiring process.
Each kit was supplied with PIR motion sensors to enable energy-saving control and reduce unnecessary power use.
In the lobby, horizontal bend LED Neon Flex was recessed into ceiling details to create continuous lines of light. Its flexible profile followed curved architectural features, supporting clean integration without visible joins or hotspots.
Stranders Electrical managed the full lighting installation on site, working room by room using pre-labelled Syndeo kits matched to each layout.
