Manchester now has an official esports training facility located in MediaCity. Gametech Campus is a dedicated venue built for gaming, digital education, and community esports events.
The project includes five rooms featuring gaming arenas, teaching spaces, and broadcast areas designed to support the local community.
Centerprise International led the entire lighting installation, requiring an RGB Neon Flex solution that could be integrated within the venue. They selected Vertical 13 RGB Neon Flex for a flexible and seamless result.
This installation formed part of the Home of Skills & Technology, an innovation hub operated by In4.0 Group to bring new and emerging media industries to Salford.
The venue provides a space for gamers to connect and learn through its advanced facilities. Gametech Campus includes classrooms and arena-style spaces, each fitted with dedicated PC workstations, displays, and RGB Neon Flex lighting throughout.
The auditorium is the flagship room of the facility. Designed as a live tournament environment, it features bespoke curved desks that allow teams to sit side by side, supported by audience seating and three large display screens for live viewing.
Centerprise International specified Vertical 13 RGB Neon Flex across all rooms in the facility. It was chosen for its flexibility and smooth colour output that complements the energy of live gaming tournaments.
Professional COB RGB LED Tape was also installed within the gaming desks to highlight each workstation and enhance visibility.
By combining these products, Ultra LEDs enabled YOYOTECH and their partners to deliver a lighting setup as adaptable as the venue itself, supporting education, competition, and community events in equal measure.
Working alongside Centerprise International and YOYOTECH, Ultra LEDs supplied the complete RGB lighting system for Gametech Campus.
The integration of Vertical 13 RGB Neon Flex and Professional COB RGB LED Tape delivered consistent and adaptable illumination across all five rooms, balancing visual quality with long-term durability.
The lighting enhances live events and training sessions, creating immersive, colour-responsive environments that match the intensity of gameplay and event branding.
The result is a cohesive and dynamic facility that captures the atmosphere of competitive esports while supporting education and community engagement year-round.
